This week we are taking inspiration from the All Occasions Section of the Annual Catalogue.  This is a huge section and so many great samples to choose from.

I chose the project in the photo above for my inspiration as it gave me the opportunity to try out some new products that I haven't used yet.

Stampin' Up! Hello Ladybug & Fancy Frames | Judy May, Just Judy Designs

I've stayed close to the sample project, starting with a Balmy Blue card base and using the second design in the Fancy Frames Dies set also cropped from Balmy Blue. This is a die that would definitely benefit from having Adhesive Sheet adhered to the card stock first, to make it super easy to adhere to your project. Of course, I thought of this after I had cut it, lol. The greeting from the Flowers of Friendship stamp set was stamped in Night of Navy ink on Basic White. I popped the Frame over the top of the Basic White background when I set it up in the Stamparatus to get the placement right.

I've used the Medium Daisy Punch to create the Daisies and the Ladybug Builder Punch to create the Ladybird. I popped up the wings and added a vellum layer for extra interest. The black spots were created with the Classic Matte Dots. The centre of the Daisy is created with a die from the Poppy Moments Dies and I added a large glossy dot in Balmy Blue from the new favourite Glossy Dots Assortment. I added some Granny Apple Green leaves using the Pansy Dies and a little gold foliage with the Forever Flourishing Dies. I finished with a trio of new Iridescent Pearls Basic Jewels. The photo doesn't do them justice as they are very pretty.
