This week we are CASE-ing an Easter Project. You can see the sample projects in the photo above.

I've used the sweet treat box in the photo above for my inspiration, but decided to turn it into a baby card instead.

I have taken the layout from the treat box, with the designer paper across the centre and some white showing top and bottom. I've the pretty Fresh Freesia gingham from the Pansy Petals DSP with a little border of a coordinating small print at the top and bottom.  The sweet bunny, my favourite image from the Easter Friends stamp set, was stamped in Basic Gray ink and fussy cut.  I added a little Light Smoky Slate around the shaded areas with a Stampin' Blends marker.

I have a sneak peek of a new product from the 2022-23 Annual Catalogue with the Stylish Shapes Dies. Initally I thought they were stitched dies, but found when I cut the circle, that they are pierced. Included in the set are 6 nesting circles and 5 nesting squares (yay!) and also 4 banners of varying length and width.

I stamped some grass at the bottom of the circle in Just Jade ink and used a Blending Brush and Balmy Blue ink to add a soft background before popping up the bunny over the top. The bunny has a little bouquet of flowers die cut with the (sadly, retiring) Pierced Blooms Dies. The greeting from the Many Messages stamp set was stamped in Fresh Freesia Ink and I used one of the banners from the Stylish Shapes Dies to crop it. I finished with a trio of Brushed Brass Butterflies and a bow at the top in the Glittered Organdy ribbon.

The bunny is so cute and perfect for a baby card. I love how you added a little more colour.

Aww, such a sweet card, Judy! The bunny is coloured so beautifully, and I love how you've framed him with the gorgeous DSP.
