Happy Birthday Gorgeous - Sneak Peak!

Today, I want to share a sneak peak of a new bundle of products that will be in the up coming 2017-18 Annual Catalogue. If you follow me regularly, you probably realise that I am a 'pink girl' and Melon Mambo is one of my very favourite colours. Well, I've found another - Berry Burst! It is one of the 5 new In Colours that will be released with the new Annual Catalogue. It is a real cerise pink that is rich and vivid and pairs beautifully with gold.

I've used the new 'Happy Birthday Gorgeous' stamp set and the coordinating 'Happy Birthday' Thinlits dies. The stamp set is a massive 32 piece photopolymer set and includes lots of greetings in 2 lovely font styles, 2-step floral elements and 2 balloon options. The smaller greetings fit into the frame that can be cropped with the Classic Label punch and the balloons work with the Balloon Bouquet punch. It is paired with the lovely script 'Happy Birthday' thinlit die that is 8.3cm x 7.3cm at the widest points. It really makes a bold statement and fabulous for a quick make. The other new product I've used is the 'Color Theory' 6 x 6 paper stack. It has 4 colours (Berry Burst, Crushed Curry, Dapper Denim, Old Olive) and there are 3 double sided designs that are perfect for backgrounds on your cards. I've used the crackle design and stamped the open flower in the 2 sizes in diagonal corners. Some are stamped off to give the lighter colour. The largest oval from the Stitched Shapes Framelits provides the background for the 'happy birthday' in Gold Glimmer.

I added a mat of Gold foil for the crackle art piece and then popped the whole panel up onto the Berry Burst card base. This closeup shows more of the detail.

For the inside I lashed out with a Gold Foil mat and on the writing panel I have added a small strip of another of the designs from 'Color Theory' at the base.  For a bit of fun I have heat embossed the spotty balloon in gold on the Berry Burst card stock and cropped it with the Balloon Bouquet punch.  The string is from the 'Balloon Adventures' stamp set also heat embossed in gold.
