Get Well Wishes
September 18, 2012
Hi there
It has been way too long since my last post, so I hope things will return to normal soon. I had a great time in W.A. catching up with family and friends (waving Karen and Fiona ). Lots to do when I got home, with an old school friend of my husband coming to visit as well. After having a nice time visiting my Mum and being able to go out and do a few things for the first time in 18 months, I got the bad news that she had fallen in the bathroom and broken her ankle and leg. So after getting on her feet again after 3 knee replacements, she now has her other leg in plaster for the next 6 weeks.
This card is for Mum, hopefully to cheer her up as she is still in hospital at the moment. I have used lots of new products from the recently released Annual Catalogue. Unfortunately, I had to take the photo in artificial light, as I was rushing to get it in the mail.
There is lots to love in the new Annual Catalogue, but the new paper piercing templates that match the Framelits make it easy to add extra interest to your project. The Primrose Petals stitched satin ribbon is lovely to work with and coordinates well with Rose Red if you want something a little lighter in colour.

Such a beautiful, cheery card Judy. Your poor Mum has had such a rough trot. I am sure this card will help lift her spirits. The colours, and your use of stamps, are gorgeous.
