Just Add Summer...

Hi there

I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and New Year and are now able to relax a bit before gearing up for another year. I'm certainly taking the opportunity to catch up on some gardening, sleep and yes, a bit of creative time as well. Commiserations if you have had to go back to work.

What better way to start the year than with a Just Add Ink challenge.  This week is Just Add Summer - what could be more appropriate?  When I think of summer, my thoughts go to the yummy summer fruits that are available and cherries are my favourite. I've pulled out some of the retired 'Summer Picnic' DSP and matched it with Real Red, Old Olive and Whisper White for a bright summery look.

The doily lace punch is perfect on this card, Judy. I love your card - I agree with Danielle, it is just so sweet. Beautiful job. You've been busy while I've been away on holidays!

This is so sweet! And cherries definitely say summer to me!
