Life has been a tad hectic in my household in the last few weeks with lots of visitors and activities going on. There have also been a couple of milestone birthdays (you know, the ones that end in zero!) in the family.
This card is for our niece Aisha, who turned 10 recently. I wanted something fun and bright, so I created some fringed layers for this card. The Stampin' Up! fringe scissors make quick work of the process, so it didn't take long for this to come together. The white lace tape makes a bold contrast to the bright colours.
